1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify fb001.cc immediately at the contact details provided in Section 16 if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. fb001.cc will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

fb001.cc is required by applicable regulations to conduct identity verification procedures. You agree to submit any documents requested by the Company for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your fb001.cc account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating bank. fb001.cc is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. fb001.cc reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account.

4.4 Currency

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

The Company reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering activity is suspected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6. Gameplay Rules

Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by the size of your bet, your account history, or any other external factor. 7. Prohibited Conduct

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fb001.cc, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fb001.cc makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, fb001.cc's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

fb001.cc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, any pending withdrawal of legitimate funds (i.e., funds not subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the fb001.cc Platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. fb001.cc will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with proceedings conducted in English in Metro Manila. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to the arbitration clause in Section 13, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not subject to arbitration.

15. Amendments to These Terms

fb001.cc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
